What all is included in the Thirsty Horse bartending packages?

• 2-4 Certified Bartenders (who are also owners). This means WE are the ones who will be crafting your cocktails and interacting with your guests. ​ This guarantees that you will have the most knowledgeable and professional team on site the day of your event. 

• General and Liquor Liability Insurance...this is a biggie!!! 

• Literally everything EXCEPT the alcohol. This means...bar tools, cups, napkins, straws, ice, coolers, and of course the bar!

• Hancrafted cocktail mixes and garnishes. We make everything we can from scratch. We juice or own fruit...infuse our own syrups...and even grow our own organic herbs. 

• Client intake & consultation...either in person or virtual. We will communicate with you throughout the whole process. 

• Customized shopping list and menu specifically designed for your event.

• We ALWAYS throw a little something extra special in for each and every event we do. 

What determines the cost of the package?​

• The number of guests​

• The number of hours of services

• The services desired (simple beer & wine service versus beer, wine, and cocktails)

• The location of the event

What "rules" do you have to follow?​

• Our insurance has several important rules that must be followed to protect you and us. This means: we cannot serve "shots", there is no "self-serve" alcohol, and all alcohol must be served through our bar during the event. We also must abide by specific venue rules for bartenders so be sure to double check with your venue regarding those. ​

How early should I book you?​

• We are a small business and are limited to the number of events we can serve per day. This means, popular dates book up quickly...often a year to a year & a half in advance. The months of March-June and October-December are especially busy for us. This means if you want us for your Christmas party...lock us down as soon as possible. We have several clients who go ahead and book us for the same event the following year to be safe. ​

Does my event have to be "horse" themed?​

• Absolutely not! While we are known for our own unique "Thirsty Horse" vibe & style, we specialize in matching our bar services to YOUR event's vibe and overall theme. We are all about customizing your experience.​

Do you offer discounts?​

• Oh yeah we do! Are you a teacher? Discount! Client referral? Discount! And we run several promotions throughout the year for early booking discounts so keep an eye on our social media for those. ​

Do you offer special pricing for fundraising events?​

What's your one piece of advice for someone hosting an event?​

• Trash cans. You can never, ever, ever have enough trash cans. :) ​
